In light of yesterday’s post, let these two verses further encourage you in your journey of trusting the Lord:
“If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts
to your children, how much more will your father
who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him.
Matthew 7:11
“And we know that in all things God works
for the good of those who love him, those who
are called according to his purpose.
Romans 8:29
We can find peace and rest in knowing that God is greater than this life and any problem that might arise, since He is creator of all. Not only did he create us, but he created us as a complete package. He created us with a specific plan. And to fulfill those plans, he equipped us with special talents, gifts and desires. The greatest thing we can do is to be using those talents and gifts for the reasons He gave them to us. Let’s be active in our faith, trust God and walk closely with him. If we are listening for Him, he will direct our path.
